Prior to becoming Mayor, Mayor Condon served as the Deputy Chief of Staff for U.S. Congresswoman Cathy McMorris-Rodgers.  He managed the district and administrative functions for both the Eastern Washington and Washington, D.C., offices for the Congresswoman.

The Mayor is a Spokane native and the youngest of nine children of Dr. John and Mrs. Carolu Condon.  He was raised in Spokane, graduating from Gonzaga Preparatory School in 1992.  He has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Military Science from Boston College.
