About Dean & Teresa

Born and raised in Spokane. Graduated from high school in 1969. Spent 4 years in the Air Force and went into broadcasting after discharge in 1975. Dean has been in the Spokane market since 1982. He is married with 2 children and 2 grandchildren. When Dean’s not working you will most likely find him on the golf course or watching sports!

Teresa has been on the air in Spokane for more than two decades as a co-host & news anchor on two successful morning radio shows and a familiar face to Inland Northwest TV viewers as a morning news reporter and anchor. Her work behind the scenes includes producing and hosting numerous special programs like 4-Your Health, ExplorerTV, and Bloomsday coverage.

Coaches vs Cancer Spokane is a major part of the nationwide campaign in the fight against cancer. Head Basketball Coach of the Gonzaga Bulldogs Mark Few and his wife Marcy began "CVC" 11 years ago as a way to give back to the community. They have now raised over $6 Million that's benefited the American Cancer Society, Camp Goodtimes-East, the Ronald McDonald House, the Hospice House, the Sacred Heart Medical Center Pediatric Oncology unit, the Sacred Heart Mammogram Mobile and more. We’ve glimpsed the challenges that many families face when battling cancer. CVC Week is underway with several events.

Jan. 25th - Spokane Chiefs vs. Portland - "CvC Night with the Chiefs"
Jan. 26th - Zags vs. USF - "CvC Day" in Spokane
Jan. 30th - ALL local Papa Murphy's "Day for CvC"
Feb. 2nd - Cougs vs. Arizona Wildcats - "CvC Day" in Pullman
