Grant Balfour picked up his 18th save for Oakland, which snapped a two-game skid. Yoenis Cespedes belted a pair of two-run home runs in the win. Jed Lowrie scored twice and knocked in a run for the A's. Nick Franklin hit a three-run homer for Seattle, which has lost three straight. Hisashi Iwakuma allowed four runs in seven innings for the loss. He is 7-and-3.

Chicago Blackhawks and Boston Bruins will battle in a pivotal Game 5 in the
Windy City. This series is now even at two games apiece after Blackhawks
defenseman Brent Seabrook supplied the overtime goal in a 6-5 win at Boston on Wednesday night.
